Al-Khalil Heritage Frame

The Al-Khalil Heritage Frame is a handcrafted layered heritage artwork inspired by Al-Khalil, Palestine. Designed to celebrate one of Palestine's oldest and most culturally significant cities, it brings together architectural heritage, Palestinian identity, local traditions, and everyday culture in a timeless display piece.

The design features a 3D model of the Ibrahimi Mosque, one of Al-Khalil's most iconic landmarks and a defining part of the city's historic identity. It also includes a 3D Al-Khalil city map and a 3D Handala figure, representing Palestinian identity, memory, and connection to the homeland. The background artwork showcases the Old Town of Al-Khalil, with its historic stone streets, traditional architecture, and distinctive atmosphere that have shaped the character of the city for generations. Al-Khalil's famous grapes highlight the city's long agricultural tradition, while Qidreh, one of its best-known traditional dishes, pays tribute to the food and hospitality deeply rooted in local culture. Finished in an elegant black, white, and muted gold color palette, every element has been thoughtfully arranged to reflect the unique identity and heritage of Al-Khalil.
